Option 1. This donation method uses a simple JROTC Flyer 2012. Just print, fill out and mail in.
Option 2.This option uses a credit card through our PayPal system to pay online- below.
You can sign up to Sponsor a Table of cadets for $200.00 and receive two (2) free Sponsor passes for the table. Or, sign up and purchase a 1/2 Table for $100.00. Or, sign up per person for yourself or to sponsor cadet/s for 30.00 each. NOTE: Each Table will have a sign indicating the “Sponsor” of that table(s).  The name placed in the “Sponsor Table” block will be what we place on the table.  For example – “Arizona Territorial Chapter”.
