Disabled American Veterans
The Disabled American Veterans (DAV) has a partnership with three national law firms to provide free legal representation for injured Servicemembers at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in navigating the military’s disability evaluation and rating system.
Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR)
ESGR exists to promote cooperation and understanding between Reserve component members and their civilian employers and to assist in the resolution of conflicts arising from an employee's military commitment. The ESGR oversees and ombudsmen program to ensure that the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA) upholds the employment rights of military personnel.

The United States Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) website has information on how military personnel may request expedited naturalization because of military service.
Operation Enduring Lamp
It is a consortium of state and local bar associations that have made a commitment to recruit volunteer attorneys, and in many cases offer training and facilities to volunteers, in order to assist military legal assistance providers with civil law matters affecting service members.
