AUSA's Annual Meeting & Exposition for Army Families

AUSA Family Programs organizes a number of events and exhibits especially for Army families at the Association’s Annual Meeting and Exposition held every fall at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, DC. In 2008 the Annual Meeting and Exposition runs from the 6-8 October.

To learn more please call AUSA Family Programs at 800-336-4570, ext. 150 or 151 or e-mail familyprograms@ausa.org.

Military Family Forums
We currently host three Military Family Forums, one on each day of the Annual Meeting. The Forums provide a venue for the Army’s military and civilian leadership to address Army family issues and to introduce new initiatives and programs. Army family members are also invited to share their experiences and how they have found ways to manage the stresses of military life.

Anyone eligible to attend the AUSA Annual Meeting is welcome to attend the Forums; however, we do recommend registration to ensure seating. Please check our Forums web page for more information.

AUSA Family Programs Pavilion
Located on the main exhibit floor, the AUSA Family Programs Pavilion includes a number of agencies, non-profit organizations and companies providing support and resources to Army families. Our exhibitors for this year include:
AUSA Newell Rubbermaid Volunteer Family of the Year Award
The winners of the AUSA Newell Rubbermaid Volunteer Family of the Year Award will be recognized at the opening ceremony of the Annual Meeting. Click here to learn more about this award and previous recipients.
