12/07/2004

Torchbearer Issue Paper: Second in a series of discussion papers on key issues relevant to the U.S. Army's Transformation, discusses the Air and Missile Defense (AMD) transformation vision, concept, plan and actions to support both joint and Army transformation goals and overmatch the asymmetric aerial threats of the 21st century.
